I am a self-taught chef extraordinaire (or at least this is what my husband tells me). I have had my fingers in everything food service since I can remember. Having a family and being career driven in food service was challenging but after a rewarding career it was time to take all my ideas, skills and knowledge to the masses. Vigis Parties (pronounced VeeGees just in case you were wondering) was a part time endeavor for some time but in Nov 2016 my husband talked me into leaving the corporate catering environment and going into business for myself. I love food, people and all things parties when it comes to putting on a great event. Business Meetings, Family Events & Friendly Gatherings are my favorite events to be a part of.
